Can I make my profile completely private?

Glass does not offer a fully private profile that hides your work from every other member. Glass is built as a shared photography community, so active paid members can always browse profiles inside the app.

The most private option is Members only. With that setting:

  • Your profile and photos are hidden from the public web, search engines, and free Viewer accounts
  • People with an active paid membership (Standard or Patron) can still see your profile and photos
  • Non-members who visit glass.photo/your-username cannot view your work

To turn it on:

  1. Open Profile → Settings → Privacy
  2. Under Your Photos, turn on Members only

If you need to keep one specific person away, block them from their profile menu. Blocking is bidirectional: neither of you can see or interact with the other's content.
