Monthly Category Favorites — Shapes

A study in forms, last month's category transformed everyday scenes into bold compositions of geometry. Familiar subjects, after a second look, almost became abstract. Line, light, space, and contrast worked together to form visually exciting images. Some submissions veer into brainteaser territory, while others masterfully use shape to emphasize story, movement, or feeling.

Most importantly, you all had fun. Our favorites are playful, bold, and exciting, with undercurrents of humor, lite abstractions, and mood-boosting color.
