A cloud is a cloud is a cloud. Or is it?
When we announce a simple category, it can go one of two ways.
Every photo is the same, every idea flattened into a singular way of seeing. When exploration isn’t the focus, creativity turns to comparison, which turns into seeking sameness, which turns to boring images. Or,
The simplicity of the theme affords a variety of perspectives. If curiosity and intention are kept in the forefront, the most basic of subjects can produce visually stunning images, each one unique in its own right.
We don’t mean to get philosophical (or heck, maybe we do), but you all fall firmly into that second category. Novel takes, exploration, curiosity, and generosity in sharing your perspective.
That’s exactly why this particular collection is fascinating. A cloud is not just a cloud here. A cloud is the catalyst for story, feeling, mood, and inspiration.
