Couldn't make it through the Monthly Category of Mountains without featuring Marlene's work. Her current series is a peaceful and majestic hike through the mountains. The patience waiting for just right the light or cloud is evident and wonderful. The attention to detail and composition — sweating the small stuff even when photographing massive mountains — pays off.
