Can I get a refund?
No problem! The process for requesting a refund is different based on if you have an Apple Subscription or a Glass Subscription. Apple's is handled by them at the OS-level, Glass is handled by us.
Apple Subscriptions
Apple handles all refunds for in-app purchases like subscriptions, so you’ll need to contact them. The process is straight-forward and should be relatively quick. You can start the process here.
Glass Subscriptions
To request a refund for a recent charge, send us an email at support@glass.photo letting us know the account, the charge, and whatever information and we'll get you sorted. Please note that we don't offer refunds on charges older than a month old.
Gift Memberships
We don't offer refunds on Gift Memberships purchased through our store.
