In the sea, stocked between Turkey and Egypt. Fisherwomen haul in their nets, filled mainly with tuna.
Eastern Mediteranea has one of the smallest Tunas around the globe, allowing fisher.wo.men to use old-fashionable seine fishine method.

The musician.

That’s hard to explain the feeling of this scenery. Usually, this place of Syracuse in Sicily is crowded. Full of people.
Maybe they ate, like me a succulent cannoli. But during a short peace of time everything stopped except the wind which transported the string melody from this musician.

He’s coming from Barcelona. Totally moving his life to find a better living, far from areas transformed by AirBnB business model. He loose his apartment after the owner announced a rise of his rent. The apartment is now on the rental platform.

He’s moving. He’s playing. Pretty well.

Past October, the Sete Cidades caldeira was flooded by intense rains. If the island made of volcanos and sub-equatorial vegetation is usually wet, this particular heavy rain has rise the water level on the inland lake up to 3m.

It results epic scenery where trees seems to grow in the lake.

I’m not used to selfportrait, and mainly it exists only 4 photographs of me where I am recognizable.

When you travel a lot, that’s comfortable to find a postcard to photograph.
By taking time to “be there”, you’re able to disconnect from the postcard to move in an uncomfortable zone. I love to spend time somewhere slowly. Time is always the key.

Note that I also love to take (and send) postcards!

This is one of these piece of time where you feel in the moment, anchored, just there. We had such a nice time at the festival, maybe because we had Thai friends with us, explaining the origins and spirituality around festivities.
